Questions and answers

Q: Will my online Health Assessment affect my life insurance premiums or policy?
A: No. This assessment is a benefit of the Wellness for Life rider on your insurance policy and is meant to be used only by you for assessing and tracking your health. Aviva will not have access to any personally identifiable information. A health risk assessment will have already been done as a part of the underwriting process for your policy. Aviva will not be re-evaluating your health risk at any other point during the life of your policy.
